Wize Hire was always very easy to post on and easy to navigate. We started getting multiple resumes a day for our job postings which was helpful to be able to have so many options before calling for interviews. We also got $100.00 of of our first month because we were referred by one of our Board members who also uses Wize Hire, which being a not-for-profit, was helpful financially. We have been able to hire many new employees through Wize Hire.

comprehensive hiring platform
Wizehire's platform is easy to navigate and the tools to help prequalify candidates is very helpful. Additionally, the coaches available to help is a big plus. I have been using the wizehire system for a few months now and the daily updates make it easy to stay on task.
Best hiring platform we've used
There are a lot of features I appreciate about Wizehire, but one of my favorites is the ability to look over a candidate's application and then move the candidate to the appropriate bucket (qualified, disqualified, interviewing, etc) while also adding notes to review. This is efficient as it prevents me from reviewing and re-reviewing the same candidate repeatedly. I also appreciate the DiSC assessment that Wizehire offers as it allows me to compare traits from a candidate to those that others who had prior success in the position posessed.
